Okay, I am going to put in the restart today, to take my new set weight after HCG and role with it in my own way. After HCG I am down 32.6 lbs. I am going to try to achieve my new goal weight on my own with diet and exercise the traditional way, and lose another 16 lbs!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Good for you! I'm looking forward to see how you progress! I'm just hoping I start losing again after the "set weight" kicks in. Going mostly Paleo.
