The first half of this week was normal, and the second half of this week was mostly a soft diet (I had my wisdom teeth extracted). I thought I would've lost more, but I guess a lot of factors tied into this. I'm fine with a loss though. Almost to the 132's :)
This week is going to be interesting...I want to get rid of all of my non-transportable food by the end of this week, while eating well. I almost want to make this next week a maintainance week and try and finish it all, but I'm afraid of what will happen when I do so.
I've been so goal oriented so far that the thought of aiming for the same number instead of a lower one on the scale freaks me out. What if I gained?! This maintainance week would go by better if I were carefully recording it, but I'm only going by a chart I made of my remaining food where all calories are accounted for (if I were aiming for losing weight).
So, I guess I will try to get rid of my open packages and refrigerated/freezer foods first while aiming for maintainance this week. My goal can wait. I'm up for a challenge. Exercise when there is time, but my priority is on studying this week.
Hopefully I will stay at about the same weight this time next week.
