I really need to get serious about this diet. I keep eating all this food I'm not suppose to eat. I'm getting rather irritated about it. I shouldn't be. It's my own fault. I'm choosing to eat it. I could say no. It's another revelation thing. I'm allowing it to poison my efforts.
217.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 87.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
