Today's the day - routine & restriction begin. I need to start working out. I'd really like to get up in the mornings and work out to get it done and get my metabolism going but it's been really hard to get me out of bed at 5am. Right now, I need to concentrate on getting back into a work out routine. Let's get 'er done.
