(((Didn't workout last night or this morning. Have been sick since the day before yesterday, so I'm trying to give my body some rest. Wasn't planning on working out tonight, but did. Ate a big dinner since I wasn't hungry all day. Been taking medicine though.}}}

127.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
