27 Hrs fast. First fast on carnivore diet. Was not bad at all. I felt great the whole time.

Ate Breakfast at 3:00 pm.

Felt horrible at workout after I ate. Not sure why. I must still be fat adapting or still feeling the karate workout?
211.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
