Okay so I want to lose weight. It doesn't look solid today but I'm optimistic
106.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1467 kcal Fat: 50.31g | Prot: 64.24g | Carb: 193.71g.   Breakfast: Tea (Brewed), Orange Juice, Applesauce Unsweetened, Arrowhead Mills Rice and Shine Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Hot Cereal. Lunch: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Home Fries, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Dark-Green Vegetables. Dinner: Kale, Beef and Noodles with Tomato-Based Sauce (Mixture). Snacks/Other: Glutino Gluten Free Crackers - Original, Tapioca Pudding with Milk (Home Recipe), Iced Coffee. more...
