I'm back in the saddle and it feels great! After 3-4 long months of waiting for the perfect time to start back I've finally done it and I feel fantastic!
I started back on the 1st of January and have only had about 2 "off days" and I already feel AND look better.
I haven't done the inches yet!
Mainly cause I forgot to do them at the beginning!!!!
