Four days of minimal BM activity, eight days of no appetite, problems with smelling foods (grilled salmon is as obnoxious as perfume in a church pew). I am eating soft mozarella slices with tomato and basil, thin-sliced French bread (low FODMAP) with a tad of butter, V-8 juice, kiwi, vitamin pills, BM pills. I cannot even look at a banana right now. Sugar cravings are probably result of overfull stomach. Gastroparesis is a hell of a way to lose weight.
