back up again. damn. took photos of all that I ate until I got home after studying, then I ate a cookie and had pb crackers for my snack while studying. I'm flat out exhausted from this schedule. I did not workout, I stayed up too late the nite b4.
121.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
