Going into my 9th week of Brain Warrior Way. I am amazed that I have not had any craving or urges for my favorite foods (ice cream and hamburgers). The idea of so much sugar going into my blood and creating havoc to my brain is a real turn off for me. Hubby is really enjoying the food "90% of the time" -- admittedly, I'm messed up on some of the recipes.
Made my first set of homemade coconut wraps. Too much work! Two coconuts made only 3 wraps. They were good, but not good enough for that much work! I'll stick to my flaxseed wraps.
