Haven't really worked out since I went hiking last Monday and a few days have eaten pretty bad and drank a few more beers than I should have but I'm glad that I have not jumped as high as I thought. Time to get back on track although the next couple of days are going to be hard since I have two concerts to go to and you know I have to have a margarita or something......Can't work out today because I have to go in early for work so that knocked out my work out time. At least I am going back to my "normal " eating habits and not indulging on crappy food. Need to get back on track some how.
