Gingham's one bowl of vegetable beef soup w/ 2 squares of saltine quackers, cereal bowl of fresh strawberries w/ a little sugar.
167.9 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.3 lb a week
