i did have 3 limon chips that i didn't count and i forgot to enter the chicken i had too...i think it helped that i had my dinner before 6pm! Maybe this can help me?
177.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
