don't know why the scale reads so much less. had a foot injection yesterday, sometimes that make me lose water weight all over. I know I retain fluids big time. foot is still pretty sore. was going to work out again last night after my walk with glenda in the a.m. but it was very tender. stayed up till 130 working on my research paper. doing those types of papers really overwhelms me. makes my add go off the charts.
I have asked Dr.dajani to give me a cortisol test, and she won't do it.
I ordered some diet pills as a last resort, took one yesterday for the first time, supposed to take it 30 min before you eat 3 meals. breakfast is tricky enough with waiting 30 min after taking thyroid meds. I Also started progesterone last week, makes me sleepy. dhea and fish oil.
will try photographing my food I eat, that may help stop eating crap.
119.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
