My goal is to lose 8 lbs. I have lost 11 lbs in the past few months with diet only. I really want to focus on fitness now to lose the rest of the weight, tone up and get healthy. This site seems really neat! We'll see how it goes! I start my pilates tomorrow :)
119.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
