I've been working on losing weight for myself. After having two children, I have gained 60 pounds and was unable to keep it off. Since I've been trying to get on a weekly routine, I've accomplish to lose 12 lbs and feel better than before. I want to lose more and have been trying to stay active at least four days out of the week, which I have been successful at for now. So hopefully I can achieve this goal within a year, We'll see!!
