Caved into cravings today. Feel as though I'm not getting enough food. And the weight isn't budging. Almost feel heavier.

I used to be 45 consistently and now I waiver between 46 and 50kg. Driving myself nuts.

How do u not give in?!!!
101.9 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 101.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
