I've been gaining for the past few days. I'm thinking that t is because I've added fruit back into my diet and my body is holding onto the sugar. ::sigh::
I'm no longer in keto either. I'm trying to decide what to do about it, but cannot really come up with anything.

I hear Mediterranean is pretty good for maintaining weight for an active lifestyle... thinking of going that route in another 75 pounds or so.

I personally can't lose with any consistency on anything but keto because it's the only thing that keeps cravings at bay. It's more about what it stops me from being physically tempted to eating that what I am eating that makes it perfect for me. I think low carb Mediterranean is a great choice for maintenance though. You're you, try a few paths, track meticulously, figure out what truly works for you and commit to it. I carb up for a weekend every few weeks and get my fill. I usually feel crappy, guilty and fat and am relieved to be back on keto. I have a large drop about 4 days later. This schedule works for me. The carbing up works because, it allows me to indulge/cheat. It makes me realize how crappy those foods make me feel and it reboots my metabolism when I go back on keto. I hope this helped a little.
