well another day we nt by I went and walked for 55 minutes tady and tommorw I'm suppose to go to zumba again ,then to doctor my body is saying u are tried but I'm trying to push my self but I've got to go to doctor also ,so busy day again ,so here's my steps 6040,burned 1818,miles2.97 not two bad I'm just trying to figure out what to do zumba or walking to keep weight at the same spot ,at least I'm moving again .
135.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
