228 was my weight as of last Wednesday. Still somewhere in that same general area. Been a while since I checked in here. Weight went down a little while I was home and then back up right before I left. It still fluctuates up and down daily while I'm at work. A lot of the fluctuation depends on water intake and MIM's. Might have something to do with how much meat I eat that day too. :D
