In spite of the roast dinner and cupcake at a family gathering I still managed to misplace another pound.
I put it down to doing the Pepper Pig dance with my niece Ashleigh 😁
223.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
