Haven't had the chance to measure as much as I would have liked but just generally halved my regular portion. Weight is trending downwards for the last few weeks now. Hoping it will continue!
213.8 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
