For reference, the weigh-in yesterday at 177.4 was taken midday. This current weigh-in is appropriately taken this morning.

I have lost 5 lb so far this month. As today is roughly the halfway-point for the month, I am confident that I'll continue to progress at my current -10lb/month rate. This is fantastic! I felt like I wasn't dieting very well the last week and a half or so, and now I discover that I had still kept with the diet for the most part, enough that my month's progress was still on schedule! I am encouraged by this. My diet has been upgraded in status and is now my lifestyle!
175.8 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
