I had some really bad sugar cravings last night while I was watching TV, but instead of reaching for the box of See's chocolates that were calling my name from inside the pantry, I took out a bag of frozen sliced mangos and ate those inside. I was proud of myself.
The four pounds that I have lost so far are just a result of losing a lot of bloating and water weight. But I'm just happy and I feel lighter, even though I started this diet very recently. Continuing down this path will lead to good results, I'm sure. :)
