Net Carbs=8.45g Carbs=8.45g (final)

Theme of this week has been "If you're gonna that much meat/fish/eggs /chicken/sausage/etc, you sure as heck better be doing a LOT of exercise. I was getting in enough hours, but lately--not so much. Less time available to use the Physical Therapy Room because a therapist is on vacation. Joking & BS-ing during workouts really makes the time much more bearable. Also haven't been doing nearly enough wheelchair laps (probably too lethargic trying to digest all that protein, you fathead!)

Even though I'm getting enough protein, too much in fact, am not recovering & in more aches & pains w/o whey/casein than was w/ moderate whey supplementation. Seems like an abundance of meat & chicken breasts doesn't make up for some targeted Whey Protein after workouts for better recovery. Have to rely on gifted whey protein, but gotta start being more consistent again. Just have to do it sparingly because Stevie ain't got scratch to cop a lot of powder. :)

386.6 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
