Hello all! A friend joined me on keto. He's a bit lost when it comes to cooking and nutrition. So we decided I'll do both our meals and split the cost, and on our meetups a couple time a week they'll now have cook time.
I learned the easiest way to lose 7 lbs was for the scale to be off. I was getting frustrated, thought I'd gained a lot! And he and I took measurements. The only thing left he should do is progress pictures. And I taught him the importance of broth/salt, so I can only hope he sticks to it.
