OK So the scale is moving.... slowly but surely. Ate too much yesterday, but at least I am keeping track and working out hard. Did that 3 out of the last 4 days. Can't today, but will both Sat and Sun. That feels good. Here goes! Hope I hit 139 in the next 10 days. Gotta be serious about this again. Just got to. Don't like having lots of clothes that don't fit.
