Last doctor appointment weigh in was 196lbs about a month and a half ago. New weight on home scale, 194lbs. Loss of 2 lbs. Sure hope that's accurate!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
