With sufficient motivation anything is achievable, and those obstacles can be overcome.
Started spinning classes Mon & Wed 45min session to get my heart rate up what a challenge but I am feeling great :)
228.5 lb Lost so far: 47.1 lb.    Still to go: 30.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
