WOW! That's so exciting! I'm so proud of you! I does get pretty easy to stay at that weight set point. Be careful, though. My sister found herself with overwhelming cravings and gave in to them before she realized that her body was trying to tell her that she was missing something. If you feel squirrely, try eating something that you haven't been able too. Her thing was omega-3's. But she was eating doritos instead. I guess my thing was vitamin D. The doc said I was really low and to take some, but I couldn't afford to buy any. After hearing her story, I looked around and found a half a bottle and I feel much better today!

That is really good to know, thank you! My cravings have been surpressed easily so far, but I do not during TOM these can get really bad! I would have never thought it meant I could be lacking something else but really makes sense! I am glad you found out about the Vit D and it made you feel better! I have been shopping around for a nice multi vitamin and cannot decide on one, but I also just added him Hemp Hearts (seeds) into my diet for the omega-3's. Had em in my greek yogurt this morning and really liked them. I also heard some really good things about Chia Seeds so going to purchase some of them. They sound highly beneficial for a lot of different deficiencies as well!
