Bought a new scale. Really like it. Went grocery shopping yesterday and didn't even go out to lunch. That way I couldn't cheat. haha. going to help brother and sister move this weekend so I will be getting alot of excersize. They used to live in a upstairs apartment. So will be climbing alot of stairs. Maybe will loose more. That would be very nice.
159.3 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I just bought a new scale and it had me as 3 lbs heavier than my old one... very annoying.....

When I bought a new scale it weighed 5 pounds heavier than my previous scale. I was pretty irritated but then I realized that my new scale weighed much closer to the scale at the DR office, so it's probably more accurate than the old one (which I guess is the bright side!).
