Ok, so I could SWEAR the scale said 167, but I logged in 168 because I can't really see me losing 2pds in a day. I've missed working out for the last 2 days, not good. But my diet has been SPOT ON. So maybe the foods are just changing and bettering my weight even though I'm not helping it along with fitness...
168.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
