Same weight today darn I was hoping I was gonna drop down to 143 again or at least 147 .... my body just isn't ready for that but at least I'm under my goal weight still 🤗but at least it's Friday 👏
149.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try not to get discouraged. When I get discouraged like that I want to say, "What the hell," and eat something I shouldn't. Most times I resist doing that. Have to talk myself out of getting discouraged.

Are you measuring the inches lost on your body? When the scale doesn't budge, it's a fall back (of sorts) for me.

I never did any measurements but I wish I did , I'm not sure how to respond back to comments still trying to figure this app out peeps 👍
