So the putting on size part is difficult because between working 2 jobs and the gym, my metabolism is through the roof. I'm burning way more calories than consuming, even with the 7,000 calorie Treat days. 😩
134.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
