Yes! 25 lbs as of today! A new milestone! I'm feeling great! Getting ready to leave for Paws in the Park. Signed up for a fun run. Wish me luck!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks, Jen! I just got back and I feel great! I'm just beginning to walk and jog a little, so I am very proud of myself for finishing the 3k. I tried to jog as much as I could, but I honestly could barely run half. I feel good that I did something active, though, and I am going to start training. I have found a program online that is called, "Couch to 5k in two months". I hope I can stick with it!
