3.27/10 Great week--worked out every day. My husband is awesome--has low carb meals for me--amazing how many carbs in 'low carb' foods. I'm in induction so every carb counts.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Comments 
Many manufacturers state low-carb because they are lower in carbs than the original product. Just be careful for those sugar alchohols.
