CloudyNight's Journal, 06 September 2017

Stuck at my current weight. I've been having severe bloating for a few months and medication has done nothing.
It's really getting me down that whatever I do, cut out gluten or lactose or dairy, I still get badly bloated. No foods I've added to my diet have worked either, I don't know what to do really. And it's hard to keep focus while I'm feeling bloated and hating my body.
120.2 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wouldn't presume to suggest anything other than discussing it with your doctor or practice nurse since I don't know your medical background. All the best though, hang in there 👍🏻

Hi cloudynight, I wholeheartedly agree with Phooka. When you go to see your doctor or nurse take any meal plans, exercise schedules, information on how you have been losing weight. If you can't get an appointment for a few days make notes on how you feel and what you have eaten. This will help you when you go on your appointment because we always forget stuff or maybe that's just me lol it's obviously worrying you and not getting better so please don't delay and contact your GP. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Good point about taking notes, Thomas. I have to do that as well, I just forgot to mention it! It's my age, I guess 👵🏻

Thank you all, I appreciate the positivity while I'm feeling down. I'll definitely speak to my GP again and mention exercise plans and the mental notes I've made about food and activity. :)
