OK, I'll be honest. I wasn't totally "100%", but I did do better than "reasonably well." One of my students brought in cupcakes for her birthday. You can NOT take one. That would be rude. I set it on my desk and told her I would eat it later, with the intentions of just throwing it away. Well, it was staring at me. Glaring at me in fact. So.... I licked all the icing off. I didn't eat the cake part though. I threw that away. Boy it tasted good. :\
239.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Sometimes you have to indulge yourself a tad bit....I believe a taste of something isn't going to kill what you are trying to achieve. And I also believe if you deny yourself...for most people, myself included...that is where trouble begins...you deny, and then boom....the lifestyle change does down the drain...and your old eating habits win. So bravo to you for staying focused and not eating the entire cupcake! You did great! Pat yourself on the back!
