67.9 kg 22.3 body fat.
I'm confused by the drop after potatoes, fried eggs, pasta and curry yesterday. Followed that up by drinking loads of beer as I watched our masterclass against Malta.
BTW was it really necessary for England to give all us Jocks a scare by going down a goal? But thanks for the win😃😃😃
Next football is Friday night, so it's time to focus on exercise and healthy eating.
149.7 lb Lost so far: 39.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
