I have been on my weight challenge for almost a year. I realized that in a couple of months I will be working out for a year. While I see my accomplishments, my strength, my commitment to keep going, and most importantly feeling better, sleeping better. I have not actually lost any weight. I decided today I needed to set daily and weekly goals. Here is my daily goal, START. 1. Drink my 64 oz of water today. 2. Walk 30 minutes briskly. 3. Journal all my food and exercise. Figure out what motivates me and what works for me. I want to lose 1.50 lb this week. I want to lose 10% of my weight my my 1 year anniversary.
