Doing real good on diet. Yet I cannot lose the weight like I've done in the past.
179.2 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's ok. Try not to get discouraged. I'm struggling as well due to major medical road blocks but I am determined to lose even if it's .5 lbs a week! :-) Hang in there.
