I tripped and fell yesterday and threw my back out so we will see about walking today.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Getting injured seems to happen to me whenever I'm about to start trying to lose weight again. If you can't get your walking done, just focus on logging all of your calories - that you can do even if you can't move!! :)

We can do this...small steps are just as effective, especially when injuries occur.
