1321 kcal Fat: 30.25g | Prot: 70.25g | Carb: 197.75g.   Breakfast: Silk almond milk, Kellogs Fiber Plus Antioxidants berry yogurt crunch cereal. Lunch: Fat Free Cottage Cheese,  97% Fat Free Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Tortilla with Omega 3's, Rosarita zesty, Pineapple Chunks in It's Own Juice. Dinner: Jack Daniels barbecue sauce, baby cut carrots, broccoli florets, Tyson chicken breast tenderloins. Snacks/Other: Cherry Pie. more...
