aku pakai nasi tp nasi merah dan lauk nya cuman telur rebus ama sayur hijau yg cuman di kukus.. kalau lagi lapar pas waktu terlarang untuk makan paling ngemil permen karet atau enggak pepaya dan buah lainya😊
