Recap - 91kg => 12 days fasting => 82.9kg => eating absolutely everything for 3 days => fasting for another 4 days => 81.9kg
Little experiment if the weight gonna go up after eating a lot. Went down 1 more kg. I dont want to repeat it as im not going back up with weight (yo-yo effect still very likely with that fluctuations) Today will eat and tomorrow and after that will start my idea of 2:5 diet - eat 2 days (weekend) and not eat 5 days during the course of the week.
180.3 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 17.0 lb a week
