So, no actual weigh in since Saturday, had a lot going on between racing and my sons bday party in which I allowed myaelf a few out of the ordinary indulgences. Got back on track Sunday without a hitch, kept my calorie count low and my output high. Today, more of the same, diet has been tight all day and I've managed to knock out some great gym work. Now time for me to relax and get through the rest of my work day. Won't be weighing in until wed morning so hopefully ill be on point.
