Dropped another 2 lbs. I am concerned I am dropping weight too fast. I don't want to cause any undue harm to myself. Losing weight is important, but not that important. On the other hand, it could be water weight. But regardless, I feel a little better in my skin. I know that I will keep trying my hardest to eat right and not overindulge in fatty things. Hopefully my family and friends will be supportive this weekend and not try to sabotage me.
I also haven't had any cravings for any alchohol, which is a big plus. I think I have outgrown the desire to drink so much. A drink now and then, but every night, well, I would end up throwing most of the drink out after a couple of sips. I am actually proud of myself for that. I have been so scared that I would end up like my mom, having a drink every night no matter what, not being able to go to bed without at least one. I don't want to be dependent on something.
