What have you been eating this past week which resulted in such an impressive drop?

I've just completed the Bright Line Eating (BLE) 14 Day Challenge, which advocates no sugar or artificial sweeteners, no flours, and 3 weighed and measured meals a day (with no snacks in between). I had reached a pretty dark place in my food addiction and needed some structure and sanity. The meal plan is similar to those used in 12-step eating programs. I haven't logged my meals for this week, but did input food for my first 7 days just to check on my calories/macros, if you'd like to check my meals out.
