I am going to stick to 1200-1400 cals a day, even though my activity level says 1900. I totally think that my thyroid meds are not working properly to be gaining. I'm going to be really careful for a solid week.
120.9 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 6.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
